SALES POLICY

Company’s policy is to build a long-term relationship with its customers by delighting them with quality products and services at very responsible, as customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of the business. The company is trying its best to make the products easily available in the market.

FACILITIES (PREMISES)

Company’s premises is about 3500 square yards which is owned and have about 20000 square feet covered area and approx. 11000 square feet open area.

A sufficient inventory of semi finished and finished products is being stored in house to cater to the urgent demand of buyers. Normally the supplies to Indian customers are made within 7-15 days and export orders are executed within 4-8 weeks. Invoicing and accounting system is fully computerised to cater efficient services to our clients.

EXPERIENCE

The company has been exporting the products, but the volume has not been enough and is only 5-10% of total turnover of the company. The Company has been taking part in trade fairs in Bombay & Dubai for exposure and promotion of sales of our products.

Further one of the owners himself is a Mechanical Engineer and has an experience of almost 25 years in this field of manufacturing of Malleable Pipe Fittings and the other one who is a Post Graduate has a keen skill of marketing and also looks after the needs of development of the company whenever it is found necessary.
